Schedule:

Monday-Friday two evenings per week

Compensation: starting at $76,000 annual base commensurate with experience

Our Demotte, IN Rush Physical Therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist to join our team. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

* Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

* Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

* Complete and maintain required trainings

* Maintain compliance with government regulations

* Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

* Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

* Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student

* Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician

* CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

* Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
