We’re expanding our team and seeking a scheduling and patient relations coordinator for our established and well-regarded Northside periodontal office. If you’re professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:30a.m.

-4:30pm and Thursday 6:30a.m.

-1:30pm. Closed Friday-Sunday

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Process payments and coordinate billing as needed
• Assist with checking in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Friendly, professional, and a team player
