Quality Control Microbiologist

Responsibilities

• Performing microbiological testing, such as endotoxin and bioburden testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Supporting environmental monitoring activities within the facility.
• Following established procedures, documentation practices, and quality guidelines.
• Helping with quality events like deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborating with team members across QC and Manufacturing to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with microbiological techniques or testing (school, internship, or industry).
• Environmental Monitoring, Endotoxin, Bioburden, and Sterility Assurance preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures, document work clearly, and handle samples carefully.
