Join Community
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and local initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients.
And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered.
Commitment to Clinical Excellence
Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health (CFBH) embraces continued professional development and growth for its caregivers. We support our team members’ continued learning by providing up to 40 training hours per year. Unique learning is delivered through the Linda McClain Clinical Institute which offers over 100 free live CEU training options yearly. Caregivers receive free access to Relias, a platform offering over 1000 self-guided continued education opportunities.
CFBH has also developed a Career Ladder with bonuses and salary incentives for eligible caregivers committed to clinical excellence. All Associate level Therapists have weekly supervision required for clinical licensure, provided at no cost. We also offer Pocket Prep, a free app to help prepare for licensing exams (LSW, LCSW, LMHC-A, LMHC, LMFT-A, LMFT) as well as reimbursement for licensing exam fees.
