Right at Home serves clients all over Indianapolis and surrounding areas. With the four home office locations we can place you in the most convenient location. We are looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing in‑home care for seniors and disabled adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Experience is preferred but not necessary – we train the right candidate.

Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts. You can make a difference by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including:

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)

Performs patient‑specific activities taught by a nurse, such as:

• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Meal preparation in accordance with instruction

Performs homemaking activities, which may include:

• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle or other transportation
• Effective communication with office staff on a weekly basis
• Willingness to follow all company policies and directions from office staff

• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary
• Salary: $15‑$16/hour based on experience
