Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The team approach includes constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with a high level of care.
At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, and offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on high levels of communication, support and guidance to help each therapist feel confident in their role.
Whatis a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that promote independence over time.

- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of the client
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written);
Spanish speaking a plus - Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrated passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on the program
