We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, confident with difficult blood draws, who can provide excellent care in a fast‑paced, early‑morning mobile setting. This full‑time position operates Friday‑Monday 9:00 – 7:00 PM.

• Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation.
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols.
• Work cooperatively with all Solaris departments.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Complete timesheets, mileage logs and other records accurately.
• Maintain a good driving record.
• Have a reliable vehicle that meets daily driving requirements.
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy is a plus).
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
• Smartphone for communication and routing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, punctuality and a patient‑focused mindset.
