Psychologist / HSPP (Health Service Provider in Psychology)
Location: Indiana (Carmel/Indianapolis area)

We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist with HSPP endorsement to provide diagnostic and, if desired, treatment services for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum.

This position offers exceptional flexibility, with both salaried and hourly opportunities available depending on your preference and availability.

Requirements
  • Licensed in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
  • Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Willingness to partner with the Chief Clinical Officer on diagnostic and clinical services
Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments including (but not limited to): ADOS-2, CARS, GARS, GADS, ASRS, VBAS-II, and ABAS-II
  • Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations for families
  • Communicate effectively with company staff, referring providers, and patient families
  • Review and approve orders for ancillary services such as speech and occupational therapy
  • Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration
