We are looking for talented Behavior Therapists with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, or a related discipline to join our team in the community and on our residential campus.

- Intensive Behavioral Intervention Associate
:
Provides direct behavior management consultation services to clients, staff and families, including observation, plan development, direct intervention, staff training, and service coordination. Primarily serves clients on our main campus in Indianapolis. - Behavioral Health Diagnostic Associate
:
Manages case and treatment plan development, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy, group support, and collaborates with the treatment team. Serves clients on our main campus in Indianapolis. - Behavior Management Level II Provider
:
Delivers direct behavior management consultation services, including observation, plan development, direct intervention, staff training, crisis intervention, and service coordination. Works with community clients.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or an applicable discipline.
- Minimum age 21.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record.
- Pass background screening requirements for assigned program(s).
- No felony convictions or other criminal offenses involving a dependent population.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.
Physical: Requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, to stand or sit for prolonged periods, to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift or carry up to 35 lbs, use computer and office equipment, travel to locations, and communicate verbally.
Vision: Normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Normal audio range with or without correction.
