Position

Mobile Phlebotomist (Part-time Independent Contractor)

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr additional payment per appointment/event. Bi-Weekly Pay. Some travel expenses covered.

• The candidate is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
• The candidate will travel to the patient’s location for appointments.
• This is a paid per appointment/event position, not hourly or salary based.
• Paid bi-weekly.

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI laws.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency, internet access, and printer/scanner for documentation.
