The key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will also:

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA excluded parties list.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

  Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40
• Full‑time
• Pay range: $60.00 – $73.00 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
