Under the direction of a licensed nurse and with respect for human dignity, the Patient Care Technician will deliver a variety of high‑quality care and perform the basic patient care that meets the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients. The role is responsible for the delivery of quality care and service excellence and must adhere to PH standards of behavior.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applicants under 17 without a diploma/ GED must be actively working toward completion and be able to obtain it within 2 years of hire.

• Must obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification preferred.
• For assignments at Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center, PCTs must be bonded as a notary public within 6 months of hire (18 years or older).

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a patient‑care setting preferred, but not required.

• Working knowledge of general computer skills and applications.
• Ability to multi‑task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
