Provide Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with best practices and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, case management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills through direct therapy.
- Build and maintain a strong SLP therapy program.
- Enhance clinical expertise and management skills via ongoing education.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay current on professional issues.
- Understand payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines.
- Implement infection control and safety procedures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and reading communication in English.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.
- Valid state license (where applicable).
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
- Basic internet navigation skills.
- Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).
