Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Sales — preferred but not required
- Life and Health license and/or Series 65 — preferred but not required
- 1+ year of experience in financial services or a related industry — preferred but not required
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance client strategy and business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — this business runs on trust
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable
- A team-first mindset — we collaborate here, we do not compete against each other
