A company is looking for a Lead Accountant to manage Corporate Reconciliation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Perform complex reconciliations and resolve reconciliation exceptions Prepare and complete secondary reviews for regulatory reporting and audit requests Lead training sessions and document departmental procedures
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) 3+ years of Accounting or Finance Audit experience (required) Relevant certifications in accounting or finance (preferred)
Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools (preferred) Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX)
