Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 5 years) 5 - 8 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services 1-2 years of experience in a senior technical/professional, project lead, or supervisory position Ability to analyze and improve business processes and implement change Intermediate skills in Word, SQL/Query, and Excel
