Key Responsibilities Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights, developing reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics Optimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams for new market launches
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role preferably in the Fintech sector Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
