Salary Range:$100,000 – $125,000 annually
About The Organization & OpportunityA well-established nonprofit organization in the South Bend area is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership during a key organizational transition. This Finance Manager will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations while ensuring stability through an upcoming audit cycle. The Finance Manager will serve as the bridge between day-to-day accounting and strategic financial planning in a mission-driven environment.

- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
- Nonprofit experience strongly preferred
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
- Experience working with leadership teams and/or Board reporting
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational oversight
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, based on experience
