Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business strategy
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends impacting performance

Assist in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in life sciences or a related industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights to key stakeholders
