Our client is expanding through acquisitions. We are seeking an individual who can grow into a leadership or supervisory role as the team expands.
This role will be joining a slim, high-performing finance team that values transparency and "doing what’s right." This is a culture built on disciplined execution and sharing in success.

You’ll dive deep into their ERP and accounting systems to solve problems and streamline workflows. - Hybrid Flexibility:
After your initial training period (5 days in-office), you will transition to a hybrid schedule with one day a week remote.
This is a proactive AR role. While you’ll handle standard billing and posting, your real value lies in your ability to investigate and resolve.
- Problem Solving:
Diving into the system to figure out "the why" behind aging accounts. - Internal
Collaboration:
Partnering with project managers and other departments to get the info you need. - Light Collections:
This isn t a "call center" environment. You’ll only make about 4–5 collections calls a month—just enough to keep things moving. - Independence:
Once trained, you’ll own your desk. No one will be looking over your shoulder; they trust you to manage your workload.
- A Self-Starter:
You don’t wait for a task list. You see a gap and you fill it. - Highly Organized:
You can juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks. - A Confident Communicator:
You’re comfortable following up with internal stakeholders and external clients alike. - Growth-Minded:
You have the "leadership" spark and want to eventually help mentor or lead a team. - Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (with flexibility up to $34.00/hour for candidates with proven leadership experience/potential).
- Schedule:
Full-time with Flex-Friday options.
