Paraplanner
The Paraplanner will be responsible for performing a variety of client relationship management and financial planning functions, as well as providing superior customer service to our expanding and diverse client base. This position requires the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple projects, perform tasks and seek resolutions to questions/issues as they arise with limited supervision, organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties- Gather financial data from clients and build financial plans.
- Manage client through entire lifecycle. Provide the highest caliber of service.
- Perform a variety of operational support activities to assist the advisers, including maintaining meeting calendars.
- Research and compile information needed for client meetings, including creation of presentation materials and preparing documents.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between various service providers and our clients.
- Complete necessary follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Build and maintain workflows and follow-up items.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, client service, or relationship management
- Current securities licenses (7 and 63)
- Industry designation, such as a CFP®, preferred, but not required
- Experience in financial planning and related software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess a high standard of ethics and integrity
- Maintain client and firm confidentiality
- Ability to build long-lasting trust and relationships with clients
