Responsibilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Excellent time management, organization, communication, and documentation skills
- Prior experience working with the Army or DoD environment (Army veteran or prior Army support experience strongly preferred)
- Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience,
OR - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience with DoD / Army Financial Management
- Audit readiness, remediation, and sustainment experience within DoD or other federal agencies
- Knowledge of FASAB standards and federal financial management systems
- Experience with internal controls documentation and testing
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM, or CDFM
