• Lead and refine cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate product costing and margin analysis
• Own and optimize bill of materials (BOM) accuracy, working closely with operations and engineering
• Support and coordinate activities related to an upcoming external audit, ensuring readiness and clean execution
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide actionable insights to drive performance
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial reporting processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and executive management

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Interim Controller, Controller, or senior manufacturing finance leader
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with bills of materials and inventory valuation
• Prior involvement in external audits, including preparation and audit support
• Ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and execute in an interim setting
