• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure the integrity of financial statements.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the executive team, providing key insights into financial performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with department heads to align financial resources with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
• Drive the implementation of new financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and best practices in financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to adapt to new financial systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
