Location: Wawasee Village

Katalyst Group is working with a well established organization in the industrial sector to locate their next Senior Accountant. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business operations through strong analytical insights. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Review revenue recognition and make necessary adjustments
  • Conduct variance analysis and resolve account discrepancies
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with annual budget development
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Handle ad hoc financial projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Experience with some version of SAP is required (bonus if in a manufacturing setting)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power

    BI) preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

This role is onsite 5 days a week for the first 6 months in the NWI office, with potential for hybrid working arrangement after that.

Compensation: up to 90K
