This role is for Kind Capital Securities, the affiliateinthe Impact Capital responsible for securities-related transactions and advisory.

We are looking for entrepreneurial, mission-driven bankers who can help grow Kind Capital Securities, an affiliate of Kind Capital, helping to advise on capital raising and M&A transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructuredaum, and who wants to be part of a high-growth, uniquely integrated firm shaping the future of impact investing. You must hold Series 7 and 63, or 79 licenses and have a clean Form U4.

- Collaborate with senior team members on sourcing, screening, and due diligence of capital raising and strategic transactions.
- Lead securities transactions from sourcing to closing.
- Help expand Kind Cap’s deal‑sourcing networks.
- Uphold our mission and brand in every client, team, and investment interaction.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, from sourcing to closing deals.
- Prior Wall Street bulge bracket investment banking or buy-side experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean Form U4.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Experience leading transactions.
- Extensive networks that can complement Kind Capital’s existing networks.
- Deep curiosity, humility, and a strong sense of purpose.
- Proven ability to thrive with autonomy and minimal oversight.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in private investing, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.
- Series 7, 63, and/or 79 requiredarque;
Series 24 and 65 beneficial. - Great sense of humor—culture matters.
- Commission-based only, generous split on deals you lead and support.
