Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide world-class accounting and finance support to high-growth venture-backed companies. You’ll be a hands‑on partner to CEOs and leadership team members at dynamic software and services companies.

• Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product‑market‑fit and accelerate growth
• Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets
• Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change
• Plan for and execute fundraising objectives
• Communicate keyitura updates to company board members
• Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting
• Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management

• Must be based in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH
• You’re organized and demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy
• You have an interest in startups and are excited to influence business strategy
