Private Wealth Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with a client‑centric approach to develop tailored strategies for wealth preservation, growth, and legacy planning.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and personal values.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropy.
- Provide ongoing portfolio oversight and make strategic asset allocation recommendations based on changing market conditions and client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment analysts, tax specialists, estate planners) and external advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs) to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and work to grow assets under management through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning techniques to provide informed advice.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- CFP, CFA, CPA, or similar professional designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3‑10 years of experience in private wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of high-net-worth client relationships.
- Deep understanding of investment vehicles, tax‑efficient strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- High ethical standards and a fiduciary mindset.
