Program Financial Analyst (F) – UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies

Bowhead seeks a Program Financial Analyst to join our team in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division (NSWC-Crane). The Program Financial Analyst must possess excellent attention to detail and organization skills and be an expert user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Access is crucial for reviewing, analysing, and implementing recommendations.

• Develop and maintain financial management and project plans, coordinate data‑call responses, develop and maintain databases, and evaluate and assess technical and non‑technical items.
• Respond to funding requests for labor, material, shipping, calibration, SCC, OM & S, etc.
• Respond to the program office & PJA on new Direct Cite or Cost Reimbursable funding breakouts in CAT & ERP.
• Develop, track, and provide timely budget forecasts and associated TPS’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A bachelor's degree is required, plus two to five years of professional experience in a management analyst role. Additional experience may substitute for formal education for highly qualified candidates.
• Prior experience supporting NSWC-Crane is highly sought.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level; candidates with an active Secret clearance are highly encouraged to apply. US citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
