Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Associates in new Turbo Tax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax Live - Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

You will work on-site from a Turbo Tax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to understand each customer’s unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical. Whether assisting with simple W‑2 filings, navigating life events (marriage, children, elder care), or handling more complex scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments, you will serve as the go‑to expert for clients.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community, establishing long‑term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. This role is non­exempt and requires on‑site presence at a Turbo Tax location in the United States on a seasonal basis.

• Provide tax expertise by delivering hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax‑planning advice.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, cultivating a robust customer base for Turbo Tax and serving as the local face of the brand. Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long‑term clients through proactive outreach and local events.
• Educate and communicate confidently, representing Turbo Tax in the community, hosting learning events, participating in local marketing efforts, and demystifying taxes to make them accessible.
• Build relationships by connecting with people, demonstrating sensitivity to their financial concerns, and turning one‑time transactions into loyal, multi‑year relationships.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by interacting with customers in‑person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries, and helping clients overcome tax‑related challenges.

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a Turbo Tax location
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a Turbo Tax Associate, creating accessible tax‑related content in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
