Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all reporting and internal control processes.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Guide financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership to support performance, cost management, and growth objectives.
  • Direct AR/AP activities, cash management, debt compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Conduct financial modeling, capital investment analysis, pricing reviews, and commercial decision support.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, procedures, and documentation aligned with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting cycles, including timely month‑end close.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members; set clear performance standards and oversee staffing decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cost accounting, and analysis.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to anticipate risks, trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high‑performing teams and drive organizational change.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel periodically to company locations as needed.
