This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June
- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.

Opportunities for full time employee may be offered post season.

Pay: $20.00/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential for this mid-shift

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-7:30pm, with overtime as needed including Saturday or arriving early

Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job Type: Temporary, not benefits eligible – This position will be supporting the department while a team member is out on LOA

Job Duration: Approximately 4 months (Late March through August)

• Assessing daily workload and delegating tasks to department employees
• Prioritizing daily workload to ensure completion and accuracy
• Redirecting the team as necessary based on changing priorities when needed
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal departments

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Previous leadership and workflow delegation experience - required
• Basic computer skills for email communication with clients and other internal departments
• Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods

• Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience
