Access Representative - Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Location: Indianapolis

Job Summary: Join Cummins Behavioral Health Systems as an Access Representative, assisting consumers with registration, scheduling, and phone inquiries at one of our Outpatient office locations.



Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed
• Answer and transfer phone calls, check voicemail, and follow up as needed
• Guide new consumers through the intake process, collect insurance information, set up new consumer charts, assist with all necessary paperwork
• Check in consumers for appointments, collect fees, update consumer information, and get documents signed as needed
• Schedule and reschedule appointments, print future appointments/excuse letters
• Send, scan, and log documents into the chart

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical or behavioral health office is a plus, but not a requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
