Guest Experience Secret Shopper (Part-Time)

Guest Experience Secret Shoppers are tasked with proactively evaluating the guest experience at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Team members must have a passion for guest experience, and provide honest and helpful feedback. Guest Experience Secret Shoppers have the ultimate goal of elevating the guest experience for all events.

• Attend events as a standard guest, acting anonymously amongst guests and team members
• Proactively evaluate Pacers Sports & Entertainment employees and vendors in the interests of guest experience
• Complete thorough evaluation reports in a timely manner
• Complete required training through Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Evolved Experience Solutions
• Be knowledgeable about all aspects and services offered at Gainbridge Fieldhouse during events
• Understand and identify both positive and negative trends
• Attend all required annual training.
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Most shifts will be dependent on the events taking place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Some months will be busier than others, so schedule flexibility is important.

• Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Approximate number of hours worked per week: 0-10 (dependent on Gainbridge Fieldhouse game/event schedule).
• Be punctual and present for each work shift.
• Have reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports.
• Proficient with technology including desktop computers, iPads, and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in Gainbridge Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
