Monitoring Coordinator

PayRange
Base pay: $19.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Responsibilities- Build and activate monitored accounts via branch personnel and CMS.
- Assist branch personnel with testing and validation of communicator signals.
- Accurately generate and disseminate monitoring invoices for customers.
- Provide administrative support and basic alarm operational assistance via email and phone to customers, sales teams, and branches in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular monitoring and billing account audits for billing and contact information accuracy.
- Ensure customer data and billing changes are timely and accurate.
- Provide an above‑average level of customer support in an empathic, helpful, and positive manner.
- Attend Koorsen‑led continuous education and training on new and existing product lines.
- Demonstrate a desire for professional growth through provided developmental training.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
- Follow Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values and professionally represent Koorsen at all times.
- Assist in other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a service industry.
- Pass drug and background screenings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Above average proficiency with Microsoft Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong work ethic and desire to work effectively as a team member as well as independently to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Above average ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while simultaneously navigating multiple systems/applications and phone calls.
- Previous industry experience in similar monitoring roles.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions while using a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
New hires must complete the I‑9 Verification form within 3 days of hire. This form is required by the U.S. Department of Justice and Immigration and Naturalization Services to verify your identity and right to work in the United States. In addition, we verify employment eligibility via E‑Verify. Background checks with criminal courts, state and county repositories of criminal records, and the Department of Motor Vehicles are required for all positions.
