Consultant, Customer Service Rep, Entertainment & Gaming

Overview

National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to fill an entry level full-time Student Housing Consultant position. This position is located in Indianapolis (5175 E 65th St.) at our corporate office.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. (30 min. lunch)

Salary: $17/hour + Benefits

• Help transform leads into student applications, maximize move-ins, and help facilitate good roommate matches.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance due to direct contact with student residents, school administration, and property managers.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience is desired. This is a business with the opportunity for growth.
• Good customer service skills, candidate must be able to work independently at a fast pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and needs to be detail oriented.
