** THE JOB
** Under direction of the Regional F&B Director, this individual will be responsible for effectively managing and directing all VIP areas, including VIP club, in-seat service, catering, and suites.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across all venues within the assigned region, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Live Nation General Managers, third-party concessionaire leadership, Premium Service teams, Special Events teams, and Venue Operations.
* Travel regularly to regional venues to conduct quality audits, support leadership teams, and participate in operational and strategic meetings.
* Play a key leadership role in new venue openings, supporting pre-opening planning, execution, and operational readiness as part of the Food & Beverage leadership team.
* Develop, coordinate, and execute menus and wine lists; manage guest relations and ensure adherence to company quality assurance and service standards.
* Partner with the Head of Ballrooms and Theaters, Regional F&B Director, and corporate teams to develop and implement comprehensive Food & Beverage programs.
* Manage labor and operating supply costs, ensuring performance within approved budgets while maintaining high service standards.
* Ensure all venue equipment is properly maintained, fully operational, and cleaned according to established standards.
* Implement and oversee training programs to maintain consistent, high-level service standards across Ballrooms and Theaters.
* Determine appropriate staffing levels for in-seat service and VIP Clubs, monitoring labor costs, forecasts, and departmental budgets.
* Optimize staffing plans for all events to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and incentive programs.
* Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained and aligned with event requirements.
