  • Review project requirements, specifications, and functional definitions to develop efficient, compliant control system designs.
  • Produce control system documentation and deliverables, including schematics, wiring diagrams, sequences of operations, bills of material, network layouts, equipment schedules, submittals, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
  • Develop, test, and implement software programs and controller sequences to meet project requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system designs, programming logic, network configurations, field changes, and project closeout activities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to DDC controls, building automation systems, and emerging IoT solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Equivalent training and experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, programming, commissioning, and optimizing DDC control systems in complex or critical environments.
