We are conducting a confidential search for a Structural Engineer to support new building construction, additions, and renovation projects. This role involves structural design, analysis, and coordination with architects and construction teams to ensure safe, code-compliant project delivery.

This is an onsite position in Nappanee, Indiana.

• Design and analyze structural components for buildings and related structures
• Develop structural drawings and details using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects to integrate structural systems into overall building design
• Ensure all designs comply with national and local building codes and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction aligns with design intent
• Evaluate materials and construction techniques for performance and durability
• Perform structural risk assessments and mitigate potential hazards
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule and budget alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry (minimum 1 year required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects
• Office-based with occasional site visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Salary range: $90,000–$115,000 per year
