You'll work on meaningful transportation projects that improve mobility and safety across Indiana. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about engineering, and ready to grow within a collaborative, people-first culture.
What You'll Do

• Support the design and development of roadway and transportation projects for state and local agencies.
• Assist with plan production using Micro Station Open Roads and AutoCAD Civil3D
• Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and environmental scientists.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 0-4 years of relevant experience in roadway or transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with Micro Station Open Roads or similar design software (preferred).
• Interest in stormwater design, traffic control, or 3D modeling is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• EIT certification or intent to pursue PE licensure is encouraged.
