Position Summary:

The Scheduler - Construction P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing complex, logic-driven schedules across multiple large-scale pharma projects. The role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to drive clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring that schedules remain realistic, accurate, and aligned with program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and integration of project and program-level schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
    .
  • Facilitate planning sessions, cross-functional alignment meetings, and schedule walkthroughs with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and monitor the critical path
    , schedule risks, and recovery options while maintaining alignment with broader program objectives.
  • Implement resource-loaded scheduling to assess resource capacity and forecast needs across multiple work streams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and data integrity.
  • Provide regular schedule status reporting, variance analysis, and mitigation recommendations to project leadership and clients.
  • Support supply chain alignment and industrialization planning to reduce risk and ensure production readiness.
  • Establish and enforce scheduling standards, best practices, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Influence without direct authority, driving accountability and resolution of schedule issues in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in project scheduling for large, complex industrial, infrastructure, or capital projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
    ; experience with additional scheduling or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integrated master schedules and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, program-level view.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industrialization programs, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale construction projects.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Preferred

Skills:
  • Experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, or energy industries.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning, float management, and Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis.
