Commissioning & Qualification Engineer

Kelly Engineering has an exciting direct hire Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Engineer role with an industry leader experiencing dynamic growth in the Indianapolis, IN area. • Develop and execute C&Q protocols with minimal supervision
• Take ownership of assigned systems or equipment within the project
• Prepare validation deliverables such as risk assessments, test plans, and summary reports
• Coordinate system-level C&Q activities with vendors, contractors, and clients
• Ensure execution complies with GMP, FDA, and client requirements
• Ensure all documents are compliant, audit‑ready, and aligned with regulatory standards.
• Support internal and client audits as required

• Experience in commissioning, qualification, or validation in a regulated manufacturing environment – Pharma, Biotech, Chemical, Med Device or related industries
• BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage assigned systems or project scope independently
