We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented engineer who is passionate about improving operational efficiency and driving data-based decision making. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production systems, streamline processes, and design optimal work environments for manufacturing operations. This position blends hands‑on problem solving with data analytics and system design, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on productivity, safety, and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and optimization of integrated manufacturing and administrative systems that combine people, materials, information, and equipment effectively.
- Develop and refine standardized work methods to ensure consistency, efficiency, and safety across production lines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to create ergonomic, efficient, and safe workstations that enhance productivity and worker well‑being.
- Conduct make‑or‑buy analyses for components and subassemblies to support cost-effective production decisions.
- Apply data analytics to monitor performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Model and simulate manufacturing processes digitally to predict outcomes, reduce waste, and guide design choices prior to implementation.
- Participate in layout planning, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient space utilization, and minimal waste across facilities.

Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and applying structured problem‑solving methods to achieve measurable process enhancements. - Data‑Driven Decision Making:
Comfortable interpreting and leveraging data for insights that guide design and operational decisions. - Ergonomics and Safety:
Applies ergonomic and safety principles to reduce risk and promote an injury‑free workplace. - Manufacturing Process Analysis:
Experienced in evaluating workflows and balancing production lines to optimize throughput and minimize downtime. - Technical Interpretation:
Capable of reading and integrating technical drawings to align design intent with manufacturing feasibility. - Industrial Engineering Expertise:
Uses quantitative and qualitative approaches to drive efficiency and innovation across manufacturing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing reports, analyzing operational data, and implementing actionable recommendations.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience using digital simulation or modeling tools for process design and optimization.
- Background in ergonomic assessment or workstation design.
