** What You’ll Bring
***
* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and auditing.
* Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
* Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and building collaborative teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
* Ability to travel up to 20% regionally and occasionally nationally.
* Driver's License

Required:

This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

** Preferred:
*** Certifications such as HAZWOPER, CHMM, or similar.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide technical expertise and oversight on hazardous waste, hazardous materials, and compliance projects.
* Manage project execution, including budgeting, QA/QC, and regulatory assessments.
* Lead development of compliance plans, permits, and reports (air, EPCRA, SPCC, stormwater, NPDES, wastewater).
