American Structure point’s Civil Site Engineering group is seeking candidates to join us for a Co‑op opportunity from August 10, 2026 to December 18, 2026 in Indianapolis, IN
! As a Civil Site Engineering Co‑op, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in site design—including grading, utilities, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater management. You’ll collaborate with licensed engineers and contribute to the design and development of land development projects that impact local communities. This role offers extensive experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel as you help create and refine construction plans.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders on exciting land development projects, including industrial, residential, mixed‑use, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing projects.
  • Learn drafting, plan production, design, field inspections, cost estimation, and coordination.
  • Use AutoCAD and Hydro

    CAD.
  • Perform calculations, assist with permit applications, technical specification preparation, and develop exhibits, design drawings, and presentation materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Student majoring in any of the following disciplines:
    Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey, Structural Engineering, or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering.
  • Reliable transportation to and from office location.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things.
