We are seeking an immediate opening for a full‑time Senior Transportation Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly motivated, and possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills along with the ability to work well with a team.

• Lead design tasks and guide civil engineering staff.
• Collaborate and support the team.
• Maintain positive team relationships.
• Work with Local Public Agency (LPA) and INDOT.
• Apply AASHTO and INDOT standards and requirements.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
• Develop preliminary and final engineering deliverables.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques using sound judgment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of INDOT standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• 4–8 years of professional experience.

• Curb ramp, sidewalk, and multi‑use path design experience.
• Utility coordination expertise.
