ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver customer support through on-site installation of complex equipment and systems, while also overseeing diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair as needed. Responsibilities include verifying and approving the operational quality of system components, providing instruction to customers on system operation and maintenance, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and clients on both technical and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
You will report to the Territory Services Manager.
- Perform project management functions for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to improve process and discrete control system efficiency.
- Diagnose planned and unplanned equipment issues, using technical expertise in industrial networks, variable frequency drives (Power Flex), human machine interface (FT View), and Programmable Logic Controllers, including legacy Allen Bradley controllers.
- Travel to customer sites to perform physical tasks needed to install and maintain manufacturing systems.
- Reduce customer downtime by analyzing technical problems using tools such as PC laptop, multimeters, hand tools, drills, and wiring diagrams while implementing solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

- 3+ years of experience in field/service support.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley platforms.
- Experience designing and programming Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for industrial applications.
- Familiarity with RS Logix 5000 software for programming and troubleshooting automation systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with wiring, panel layout, and control system integration.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical components and safety standards.
- Experience with motion control systems and industrial drive technologies.
- Prior work in manufacturing or industrial settings with exposure to automation and process control.
