As the Safety Lead, you will act as the primary Repair Station Training administrator on behalf of the Quality Director on inspection items and provide guidance to inspection personnel.

What you will be doing- Lead OWS safety officers to improve the safety culture
- Provide all safety related communications
- Conduct all safety related training and maintain organisation safety records
- OWS safety representative for Civil aerospace actives
- Conduct safety inspections, compliance checks, for OWS to include field operations
- Ensure compliance with Rolls‑Royce control standards
- Ensure compliance to OSHA regulations
- Assist in incident reporting in the SMS system
- Conduct safety incident investigations
- Assist with FAA repair station SMS governance and compliance
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of occupational health and safety experience, OR
- Associate’s degree with 4 years of occupational health and safety experience
- In order to be considered for this position you must be a US Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational health and safety
