We are seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach online courses in accounting, business, or finance disciplines. This part-time role involves delivering high-quality instruction in an asynchronous environment and supporting student learning through timely communication and feedback.

• Teach 3 to 18 semester hours per academic year in assigned business-related courses.
• Develop course syllabi and administer assessments of student learning.
• Provide high-quality instruction and maintain professional effectiveness, including:
  • Intellectual integrity and professional currency.
  • Openness to adopting improved teaching methods.
• Respond to students promptly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain compliance with university policies and procedures.
• Collaborate professionally with faculty and staff in a collegial environment.
• Design new courses as needed.

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• Effective presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities for asynchronous teaching.
• Ability to evaluate student work and provide meaningful feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas).
• Ability to work cooperatively and adapt to evolving teaching environments.
