The most powerful support you can offer a child who achieves 99% is to hold firm and not call it 100%. At Alpha, this principle isn't up for discussion—it's embedded in daily operations. Academic learning happens through self-guided applications, not through traditional instructor-led teaching. This structure empowers you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact sessions on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture.
You'll use live analytics to drive students toward complete goal attainment. You'll develop the Guides who support your work. Your resources include performance data, a field‑tested operating system, and the personal command that compels middle schoolers to engage rather than disengage.
You'll take ownership of a student cohort and be measured against three commitments: students are enthusiastic about school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical competencies. Coaching other Guides begins on your first day. As you produce measurable outcomes consistently, your authority over program quality across the campus expands.
Atlanta:
Culturally vibrant metro area with temperate weather and living costs more favorable than coastal cities. Fort Worth:
Zero state income tax, excellent school ratings, and a community‑oriented city with thriving culinary and arts communities.
Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour live sessions on essential life competencies (public speaking, focus, feedback exchange) for students in grades K‑8, using Alpha's structured playbook
- Conducting motivation sessions powered by Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward framework (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal completion across your cohort
- Developing Guides through coaching focused on program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring each session yields concrete next steps for improvement
- Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously building capability in other Guides
- Monitoring metrics including student satisfaction, goal completion percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators
- Delivering academic instruction or subject tutoring. App‑based platforms handle student learning.
- Creating original curriculum or custom lesson plans. Alpha's playbook serves as your operating framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationships.
